Adult Standard Diaper Line

Composite Core Machine
High-speed composite absorbing core machine, using full servo drive system, can efficiently and stably produce multi-function composite core.
- Production capacity: 400~600PPM;
- Online visual inspection of product size and appearance defects;
- Core flow channel online forming cutting;
- Precise polymer addition;
- Touch screen operating system;
- Can be equipped with wool winder or van winder
KN95 Mask Making Machine
- The production efficiency of the equipment can reach 300 p/m.
- The equipment control theme is separately controlled to meet the production needs of various ways.
- The equipment adopts Siemens servo control system, touch screen setting is easy to operate, constant tension uncoiling, less scrap, high efficiency, maintenance-free heat sealing unit, high reliability, easy maintenance, etc.
Vision Inspection
Our ultra-high-speed intelligent image detection system uses advanced high-speed image acquisition technology and AI processing algorithm to automatically learn detection parameters, and realize high-precision online detection of the size, material availability and appearance defects of various sanitary products, so as to ensure the accuracy and consistency of products.
Equipment Upgrading
We provide renovation and upgrading services for automation equipment in the product line, such as: upgrading servo drive, integrated vision inspection system, ultrasonic online edging of trouser products, flexible printing system of personalized products, etc. Whether it is the need to improve product performance or increase the production efficiency of equipment, we can provide the final solution for design, manufacturing and commissioning based on our extensive industry experience.
