Working Principle
Hex nuts are automatically aligned and fed through a vibrating bowl feeder and transferred onto a rotating glass disk. Multiple industrial cameras capture images of each nut’s top, bottom, and side surfaces.
The AI software analyzes each image in real time to:
- Measure dimensions precisely
- Identify and classify surface defects
- Automatically sort OK/NG products via pneumatic ejectors
