Overview

Plastic O-rings are widely used in electronic and mechanical assemblies due to their waterproof, lightweight, insulating, and corrosion-resistant properties.
However, during production and handling, mold wear and surface friction can lead to burrs, cracks, or material mixing defects, which compromise product reliability and customer satisfaction.

To solve these challenges, Openex developed a dedicated Plastic O-Rings Inspection Machine, specially engineered for fast, accurate, and stable inspection of small lightweight components.
